Alexandria Technical and Community College Foundation is Hiring a Leasing Specialist Near Alexandria, MN
The Alexandria Technical & Community College Foundation is seeking a full-time Leasing Specialist for the new J.A. Wedum Foundation Hall. The primary duties of this position are to assist student residents and provide administrative support to the Housing and Operations Managers.
Exceptional organizational skills, time management and problem solving skills, ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects at one time.
Strong, professional written and verbal skills, ability to communicate with a variety of people, high level of accuracy, detail oriented.
A two-year degree or comparable experience is required. Knowledge of Excel, database experience and accounting skills helpful but not required.
This position is not a state position.
This is not a remote position.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
